Pizza Dough

1 package active dry yeast

1cup warm water (105 to 115°)

2.5 cups all-purpose Flour

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon sugar

1 teaspoon salt

1 egg

Dissolve yeast in warm water in 2.5 quart bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients: beat vigorously 20 stokes. Let rest 5 minutes.
