2 cup flour (half oat/half wheat)
2 cups milk
4 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons sugar (brown)
6 tablespoons vegetable oil
Combine flour, milk and baking powder in large mixing bowl. Whip eggs, sugar and vegetable oil in small bowl; mix into flour mixture. Ladle a little less than one cup of batter onto greased waffle iron.
Yield: six waffles.

1 pound ground beef
1 tablespoon chopped onion
2 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic salt
½ tablespoon sweet basil flakes
6 ounces tomato paste
8 ounces tomato sauce
3½ cups water
8 ounces lasagna noodles (~12 noodles)
1¼ – 1½ pounds mozzarella cheese
Heat oven to 325°. Brown ground beef, onion, salt, sugar, chili powder, garlic salt and sweet basil flakes. Add tomato paste, tomato sauce and water. Simmer ten minutes.
Spread 1½ cups sauce across bottom of 9 x 13 glass pan, top with four uncooked noodles. Spread almost ½ pound of cheese over noodles. (make 3 layer as above) Pour remaining sauce over the top.
Bake 80 to 90 minutes. You may need to cover with foil at about 25 min to keep the top from getting too crispy.

I think it promotes racism to inquire about race or ethnicity. The government should not listen to one group more than another, nor make special arrangement/concessions for one group over another. I encourage all people to be proud of their heritage but our government should treat everyone the same regardless of their DNA.

I was looking into some latin translations when this idea struck me.
1 pound boneless chicken breast – trimmed of fat, sliced thin
4 ounces tomato sauce
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 packets Splenda®
½ teaspoon sea salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
2 cloves garlic – diced fine
½ whole fresh jalapeño – diced fine
6-12 green onions stalks – diced
½ cup cheddar cheese – grated
Combine chicken, 2 tablespoons oil, Splenda®, salt, and pepper, jalapeño and onion. Refrigerate if desired. In 375 degree wok, cook garlic in 1 tablespoon oil for 3 to 5 minutes. Add meat mixure and green onions. Stir-fry for 10-20 minutes, or until meat is cooked through. Add tomato sauce and cook until thinkens. Remove from heat and sprinkle with cheddar.
