You Be the Judge

On Friday, April 2, 2010 my son was in an automobile accident. The accident took place in the parking lot of King Soopers on Hoover Road in Longmont. My son was driving our gold Ford Ranger. The other driver was driving a white BMW. We claim the accident was the other driver’s fault. The other driver is not returning the calls of our insurance company.

Here are four pictures of the two vehicles involved in the accident. Just from the pictures, can you imagine any way this accident could be my son’s fault?

Nope, definitely not your son’s fault. Let your insurance company do what they can, and if need be, file a small claims suit. Maybe I can watch you on People’s Court! LOL… but honestly, it’s a pain in the behind to have your nice car wrecked, and to have to deal with people like that. Good luck.
